HD7950からコア数を30%まで減らすことで消費電力が80Wになり拡張電源コネクタも６PIN一個。
その割りに性能はHD6850のちょっと下なので、ゲーム中のHD6850グラボのファンがうるさいと思ってる人に良いだろう。
だが、そのうち出るHD7800シリーズがどうなのか判らないからやっぱり待ちかな。
一方下位のHD7750は消費電力が５５Wまで下がっており久々の拡張電源コネクタが無いグラボになった。
同じくコネクタの無いHD6670よりかなり性能は高いハズなので買い替えにはピッタリかもしれない。

っと、ぼっちにはリアルよりさらに辛い状況。

とか土人語 shout するのは非常にプレッシャーがあった。

身近にある悪意のあるプログラム
そんなの知らない？
Windowsに圧縮（Zip形式）フォルダー
と云うのがありますよね。
メールにファイルを添付したりする時に便利です。
これがなかなかの曲者で、
この機能にはパスワードを付ける機能が無いので
ワザワザZIPパスワード付きのZIPファイルを作ってメールに添付したとしましょう。
ところがこのメールを受け取った人がZipファイルを解凍しようとすると、
なんとパスワードを聞かれずサクっと中身を開いてくれます。
良かれと思ってそうなっているのか、何かのライセンスの都合なのかは判りませんが、
世界中の大半の人にとっては、ZIPファイルにパスワードを付けても無駄なようにMSは努力しているようです。
ちなみにLinuxのunzipはちゃんとパスワード応答メッセージが出ますし、間違ったパスワードなら解凍しません。
ZIPファイル（パスワード付き）って多分パスワードが付いているだけで、そこを読み飛ばせば中身が見えるということを示すことで、より確実なセキュリティの実装の必要性を説いていると云えば通る世の中ですけどね。
そんなもん安易にSHA1で符号化しちまえばいいだけ。
WindowsもC++ならCrypto APIを用いて簡単に暗号化できます。
問題はどう簡単に復号するかです。安易な実装としては
復号プログラムを作って、その後ろに暗号化したデータをくっ付けて、
メールで送り、
相手にそのプログラムを実行したときに所定のパスワードでも入力してもらえばいいでしょう。
なぜ安易なのかというと、復号.exeなんて添付しようものなら
問答無用でサンドボックスに放り込まれ実行できても展開したファイルが開けなかったり、
～怪しいファイルが添付されていたので除去しました。～ ってメールを受信することになるからです。
それでも良い訳がないので、マシな実装を考えてくださいね。
Windowsの暗号化と復号のAPIについては、ここが参考になるでしょう。

いらない実績
弱イフに行くついでにLSに２名も入って貰えました。
鯖解体の噂が広まってますから、普段ソロしてると僅かな伝手すらなくなるので不安ですよね。

それにひきかえボクの名前はですね。いらない実績（黒歴史）がそのままヒットしますね。（大笑）
思い付きの苗字のWarlanderって 競走馬 または バロック（１６世紀）の馬の品種らしいです。
Warlanderの定義も見つけましたが難しいです。
ちょっと綴りが違うけど、クリプトンで扱っているソフト音源を作ってる会社の方が知ってる人が多いかも。
で、2/11に「弱イフ」と「トトラクの千獄（サルガス？討伐）」に行ったのでまた2/12表彰されました。
日本では週は日曜日から始まるので、翌日（2/12）「王狼へのはなむけ」 をクリアしたので、2/13に連続表彰されました。
で、リンクシェルのメンバー活動のページを見るとですね。
ぼっち振りがよく表現されています。

利害対立
MMORPGは単純なゲームではつまらないヒト向けなので色々複雑になっている。
MOはロビーでパーティ組めるしインスタンスなダンジョンに行くのでPKやらMobの取り合いも無く安心。MMORPGは他人の邪魔が入るのがデフォ。他人が邪魔でしかないと思うならMOの方が楽しいはず。
ただ我武者羅に面倒になっててもやる人が滅多にいないから、多少面倒になってるくらいが丁度いい。
だが、多少面倒と云っても週に１回遊ぶ人とFFは遊びじゃない系の人ではプレイ時間そのものが１：１００ぐらい差があったりするので、『１０００個集めて来い』の様な過度な物量を要求される面倒さは雲泥の差がある。
今回のFF-XIVの鯖統合案は鯖の住民をシャフルして鯖のアクティブなプレイヤーを分散させ同接数の極端に少ない状況や同じ言語の人集めて救済するハズですだったのだが鯖解体（Dismantling）「ガラポン」案と云われてます。
久々に来て見たら知ってる人はみんな別の鯖にいたなんてこともありえますからね。ソロプレイばかりで日記交流だけなボクには何も影響ないですが、いつも同じ仲間で遊びたい人には面倒な案に違いありません。
ブーイングが酷くで、鯖合併や吸収案に替わりそうですが、今度はネーミングで早々にもめてます。
もうこうなってきたら鯖移動券でも配るしかなさそうですね。

同接数６４件なんて、AMD E-350のVMwareの中のCentOS（１CPU：メモリ５１２MB）のヒトには酷な仕打ち。
でも、自分がブラウザで見ててもtopコマンドにhttpdが６くらい出るから、実質同接１０でいっぱいなのかもしれない。
apacheの設定は変えてないから
MaxClients 256
のまま。
アクセスが集中するとclamdも耐えられないようなので、
メモリは512MBのままにして、スワップだけを４GBに増やしてみた。
そうなるとSSDの空きがキツイのでHDDへ移動、遅いから事前に４GB割り当てておいた。
JavaでWebサーバーを作ってたらこんな事態は想定外で復旧は大変だろうな。
IISはデフォの１０アクセス制限なら死なないだろうけど、商用利用でアクセス枠広げたら、一気に逝くだろうな。
中国化？はぁ？？？
あるニュース記事の抜粋です。
今日的な意味での「日本化」は先進諸国の先頭を切る高齢化社会、社会保障費の負担に積み上がる財政赤字、経済の長期停滞などを意味する、すっかりネガティブな言葉になってしまった。
「中国化」とは、統治システムが中国化するという意味で、１０世紀宋の時代に社会のしくみを大きく変え、上級国家公務員試験に相当する科挙を設け、皇帝以外に世襲はなく国民は基本的に実力に見合った地位や収入が手に入る仕組みにしたことである。実力主義の登場だ。
それは、社会に貨幣経済を浸透させ、土地や職業にしばられない国民を生みだし、官僚は郡県制の下で反乱を防ぐために地縁のない土地に赴任させられた。皇帝が政治を独占するが経済活動は何でも自由となった。と考えると、確かにこれは現在の中国共産党による統治システムと似ている。
大阪で起きている動きをみると、「江戸時代化」に固執する政府に代わって、橋下市長率いる勢力が「中国化」を推進しているようにも映る。（現在使われているネガティブな意味での）「日本化」を克服するには「中国化」の道しかないのであろうか。

中国のことはさっぱり知らないけど、官僚ってすっかりネガティブな言葉になってるよね。
世襲制じゃないけど天下りがあるので日本の上級国家公務員は悪役のイメージが強い。
景気が悪いから、無能な管理者がのさばるのがうっとおし。
お前だけ美味しい思いしてずるいじゃないか！って感じるのは普通だ。
問題なのはお前（例えば上級国家公務員）の中に有能なのも混ざっている点だな。
上の「中国化」は「自民党をぶっこわせ」の小泉の頃にやって、即効で民主党による「江戸時代化」になった。
つまり、実力主義を実践しても、全員「無能者」なら、ダメな結果しか得られないってことだ。
大体さ、どこでもロクな人材がいないってぼやいてない？
いないんだよ。
そんな人。
いつまで景気が良かった頃の夢を見てるのさ。
そんなの運が良かっただけなんだよ。
今いる人材とかき集められた人材で
それで今できることをやる。
その積み重ねだけさ。
その結果が酷いことになっても仕方ないだろう。
その酷い結果の一因は君にあるんだから。
つまり君も無能者の一人なんだ。
無能者が隣の無能者を罵倒してたって・・・何も得るものはない。
それ故に
「アメリカ化」とか「欧米化」とか、先の「中国化」とか
他人のやっていることを真似たら良いことあるかも？

まぁ、「今できることをやる。」ってことか。
